Hi, I’m Mark Lord Buedad, but you can call me Lordy! I’m a digital artist from the Philippines with a passion for creating unique, expressive art. I love designing original characters, crafting fan art of characters that inspire me, and even diving into animation when I can. My style is versatile—ranging from light and warm to dark and moody—depending on where my creativity takes me.

Terms of Service

 General Terms- Commissions are for personal use only. You may reproduce them for personal purposes but please do not sell, distribute, or make a profit from them.
- Commission prices may change over time.
- I reserve the right to decline a commission if I am uncomfortable with it or if it falls outside my skill set.
- Payment is required before I begin work on your commission.
- Please note that my art style can vary, as I am always experimenting and evolving in my work.
- Provide clear, detailed references (high-quality images preferred), including poses, expressions, or any specific details you’d like to see. The more references, the better!Payment
- Payment must be UPFRONT in FULL
- Payments are accepted in USD for international clients. PayPal
- For local clients in the Philippines, payments can be made through Gcash.
- Please make payments within 24 hours after securing a slot.
- Do not send any payment until I have confirmed your slot and requested payment.Cancellation and Refund- Once payment is made, refunds are generally not available.
- If, for any reason, I am unable to start your commission, I will notify you and provide a full refund.
- If you cancel the commission before I have started, a full refund can be provided.Process- Turnaround Time (TAT): Completing a commission typically takes 1 to 2 weeks but may vary depending on complexity, queue length, and personal commitments.
- No absolute deadlines are guaranteed. If you need the work by a certain date, please discuss it with me first.
- Revisions: I allow 2-3 revisions during the sketch phase. Additional changes after that will incur a $5 revision fee, as some adjustments may require significant rework.
- Once complete, I will send both watermarked and non-watermarked versions of your piece in PNG format via email.Usage- I, Mark Lord Buedad (the artist): retain full copyright over the commissioned artwork. I reserve the right to post it on my social media, include it in my portfolio, or use it in speedpaint videos (unless you request otherwise).
- You (the client):
- You may post the commissioned artwork on your personal channels and social media. Credit is appreciated.
- You may not sell, redistribute, or make prints of the commissioned work.
- You may not alter the artwork without my consent.
- The artwork may not be used for commercial purposes.
- My work must not be put into any AI generators or be minted as NFTs or cryptocurrency.Will Draw- Original Characters
